This Refund Policy explains our refund and return procedures for products purchased throughr e-commerce platform (“Platform”).

By making a purchase on our platform, you agree to comply with this refund policy.

If a customer pays twice for one transaction, then one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 3 to 5 working days. If the customer wants to return the products, they have to request for return within 24 HOURS of delivery of the products. The amount minus delivery charges will be refunded via the same source within 3 to 5 working days.
